What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Because we process orders quickly, cancellations must be requested right away by emailing soravea@gmail.com.
We’ll try to stop the order, but once it’s already being processed, we can’t always guarantee cancellation.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When should I expect my order?
Orders placed before 4pm PT on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.
Anything ordered after that time is shipped within 2 business days.
We provide two shipping options within the US, including a faster priority service if you’re eager to receive your pieces. Standard delivery usually arrives in 6 to 9 business days.
Please keep in mind, shipping times are approximate and can be affected by courier delays outside our control.
What if my package hasn’t shown up?
If your delivery window has passed, first check the tracking link in your confirmation. If updates have stopped or the package appears stuck, contact the courier directly.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping cost before you complete your purchase. Enjoy free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

Please note, we don’t accept cheques or Cash on Delivery.
