Free Worldwide Shipping

SORAVEA offers free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order required.

Delivery Times

Norway & Denmark	14-25 working days
Rest of Europe	14-30 working days
Rest of World	20-30 working days

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order ships.

Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to follow your package's journey.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. SORAVEA is not responsible for any customs fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 35 working days of the shipping notification, please contact us at support@soravea.com with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping partner and arrange a replacement or refund.
